Festival of Sport
On Sunday, Tim Wills and myself made the trip over to Ashdown Leisure Centre in Poole for the Festival of Sport. The event was a launch event for the Olympic games and encouraged people to take part in numerous sports. We were on hand doing trials shows and have a go sessions. We set up a skills track to test the riders speed, agility and bike control with awesome results. It proved very popular and he had a constant stream of competitors all day long. The winner in the under 13 category was Lennon Hardingway with an impressive lap time of 20.2 seconds. With 18.4 seconds, Josh Arnold was the winner of the over 13 category.
